Ingredients:- 250gr Butter
- 320gr Self Raising Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Egg Yolk for brushing the scones
- 1 dash Evaporated Milk
- 2/3 teacup Water
Methods:- Preheat oven at 190 C.
- Rub baking sheet with flour and butter lightly with fingertips.
- Beat the eggs and pour in milk and water gradually until right consistency.
- Spoon the batter on to the baking sheet and brush the top with egg yolk.
- Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown. (Max the temperature at the last minutes for crispy outer layer).
Topping:- Get a jar of any fruit jam and mix it with small chunk of salted butter.
- Serve the jam together with the scones.
