Ingredients :- 400gr Dory Fish Fillet
- 300gr Unpeeled Boiled Baby Potato
- 30gr Sliced Mushroom
- 1tsp Lemon Juice
- 2tbs Mayonaise
- 1 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- A handful of chopped English Parsley
- 2tbs Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Salt
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Methods :- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the fish fillet and pan fry the fillet on big fire until medium well.
- Mix mayonaise, mustard, lemon, salt, and pepper on a bowl.
- Stack boiled potato, sliced mushroom, parsley, sauce, and fish fillet on an oven safe plate. Bake it for 200 C for 12 - 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of the fish and melt it.
- Serve it hot.
