Ingredients :

  • 400gr Dory Fish Fillet
  • 300gr Unpeeled Boiled Baby Potato
  • 30gr Sliced Mushroom
  • 1tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2tbs Mayonaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • A handful of chopped English Parsley
  • 2tbs Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Methods :

  • Sprinkle salt and pepper on the fish fillet and pan fry the fillet on big fire until medium well.
  • Mix mayonaise, mustard, lemon, salt, and pepper on a bowl.
  • Stack boiled potato, sliced mushroom, parsley, sauce, and fish fillet on an oven safe plate. Bake it for 200 C for 12 - 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of the fish and melt it.
  • Serve it hot.

The taste of this dish relies on the amount of dijon mustard and mayonaise that you put into it. But the lemon squeeze refreshes the heavy after-taste from the mayonaise. It's easy to prepare and you can add boiled/steamed fresh carrot and broccoli to balance the meal.
